• Participants must be aged 5+ to participate in this activity
• Participants must be aged under 80 to take part in this activity

• If you are prone to motion sickness, we strongly recommend you take travel sickness tablets 1 hour(s) before the activity time
• Women who are currently on their monthly period during the tour are not allowed to enter any temple
• If you want to make pick-up detail changes, you may need to cancel before 24 hours and make a new booking or you can contact customer support
• Please be cautious of the monkeys in Ubud Monkey Forest. It is important to remove shiny materials (earrings, necklaces, hair clips, glasses, etc.) which may attract their curiosity

• Participants are advised dress appropriately for this activity (long pants, long-sleeved shirt or scarf to cover shoulders, and closed shoes)

• This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible

• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
• Outside service areas:

IDR 250,000 for Singaraja and Lovina area

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity starts
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund

Hotel Pick Up Information

• Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick up time
• The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
• Free pick up and drop off services are available in the following areas: Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Nusadua, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Denpasar, and Canggu
• Pick up and drop off services outside of the designated areas will incur additional fees of IDR200,000
• Present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure
